It was written and directed by Anton Giulio Majano and was produced by Radiotelevisione Italiana. The dramatization starred Orso Maria Guerrini as Davey Fenwick, Andrea Checchi as Robert Fenwick, Giancarlo Giannini as Arthur Barras, and Anna Maria Guarnieri as Jenny Sunley.
